The one light setup for the shot below

The shot above has to be my favorite lighting setup. For best results, use a beauty dish. It's best if you can modify the Beauty dish so that it shoots a narrow beam. Set the light on the stand 45 degrees to the left. Also set it 45 degrees above. That's it!
